John Drew

John Drew is the current General Partner at TCV. John has also previously held the position of CEO of Network Services at Lucent Technologies from November 1999 to February 2001. Prior to that, they were the CEO of International Network Services from June 1994 to November 1999. INS was founded in 1991 and received Deloitte's Technology Fast 50 Award for being The Fastest Growing Company in Silicon Valley. In their acceptance speech, our founder pointed out that it helped to have a small denominator:). Before that, they were the VP, GM Network Enable at Unisys from July 1984 to June 1994. During the 4 years that they ran Network Enable, it was the fastest growing Network Integration business in the world. Prior to that, they were in the US Army from June 1978 to June 1984 and attained the rank of Captain.

John Drew has a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MS in Business Policy from Columbia Business School.

Their manager is Jay Hoag, Founding General Partner. John Drew works with Erez Elisha - General Partner, Aaron Ford - Partner, and Tim Mcadam - General Partner.
