Humera S. has a diverse background in journalism and public relations, with internship experiences at The Gleaner Company, Veritas Communications, and the Art Gallery of Ontario, where responsibilities included writing news stories, media relations, and event support. In addition to roles as a Customer Service Manager at TD and various positions involving customer service and financial advisory, Humera has served as a freelance writer for Ehealthcare.ca and contributing writer for The Toronto Observer, showcasing skills in writing, editing, and media engagement. Humera holds an Honours degree in Journalism from the University of Toronto and Centennial College, along with a post-graduate certificate in Public Relations from Humber College.
