Peter Pai

Peter Pai is currently a Senior Counsel in US Regulatory Enforcement and Investigations at TD in New York, New York. They previously served as Counsel in the same division and gained valuable experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Court of Appeal of Alberta. Their background includes roles as a Summer Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and Research Assistant positions at the University of Toronto and Blue J Legal. Peter earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto between 2010 and 2018.
