Wayne S. serves as the Managing Director, US CIO & Technology Integration Lead for TD Securities since May 2014, where responsibilities include leading the Technology Solutions team and overseeing the integration of Cowen acquired in 2023. Prior to this, Wayne S. held the position of Director of Technology at Mizuho from March 1994 to May 2014, managing global technology staff and strategy across multiple regions. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Project Manager at Thomson Reuters from July 1987 to March 1994, where system design and implementation for major financial clients were key responsibilities, and as a SEED Intern at HP from June 1984 to June 1987, focusing on custom software applications for finance. Wayne S. earned a B.S. in Computer Science from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
