Michael Carlesimo

Michael Carlesimo is an experienced professional in live events and entertainment management, currently serving as the Manager of Live Events and Entertainment at Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group since December 2022. Previously, Carlesimo held the position of Venue Infotainment Manager for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 at Al Janoub Stadium. Carlesimo's extensive background includes key roles with the Belleville Senators Hockey Club, where responsibilities spanned ticket sales, operations, and game presentation from July 2017 to October 2022. Additional experience includes managing infotainment for the FIFA Arab Cup, overseeing game presentations for major events like the Special Olympics World Games and the Pan Am Games, and various operational roles within professional sports organizations. Carlesimo holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology and a Certificate in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from York University.
