Frank Baldi

Frank Baldi currently serves as Managing Director and Co-Head of Global Markets Transaction Management, as well as Head of Global Markets Credit, at TD Securities since July 2023. With extensive experience in credit risk management, Baldi held the position of Managing Director and Global Head of Financial Institutions & Emerging Markets Wholesale Credit Risk at Barclays Investment Bank from October 2008 to July 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing several risk management programs and serving on various risk committees. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Credit Risk Management at Lehman Brothers and Vice President in Credit Portfolio at J.P. Morgan. Frank Baldi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University and has also completed education at London Business School and St. Francis Preparatory School.
