Jack Fleming

Jack Fleming, CFA, CPA, CA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in debt capital markets and investment banking. Currently serving as Vice President at TD Securities since May 2017, Jack has progressed through various roles within the company, including Associate and Investment Banking Analyst. Prior to this, Jack worked at KPMG from October 2013 to April 2017 as a Senior Consultant in Deal Advisory, specializing in valuations, and previously held positions at Deutsche Bank Securities and Scotia Capital. Jack holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo.
