Jason Powers is currently the Head of Structured Credit at TD Securities, where they are responsible for establishing and growing the private structured credit lending and CLO arranging platform. Previously, they served as the Head of Structured Credit & Strategic Initiatives at Kuvare Asset Management and held various leadership roles at Wells Fargo Securities, including Director and Managing Director. Their extensive experience in structured credit and corporate finance also includes positions at Kuvare Insurance Services, Katayma Credit Management, and Banc of America Securities. Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of South Carolina.
