Ryan Seher

Ryan Seher is a seasoned legal and financial professional with extensive experience in derivatives trading agreements and global markets documentation. Currently serving as a Managing Director at TD Securities since September 2016, Ryan has also held roles as Director and Vice President within the same company. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP and as Vice President/Sr. Document Officer at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Ryan's foundational legal experience includes roles as a Summer Associate at Moulton Bellingham PC and a Summer Intern at Kalikova & Associates, along with research positions in political and legislative environments. Ryan holds a Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law, a Master of Arts in International Relations from King's College London, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Utah.
