Beth E. Simonetti

Beth Simonetti has served as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer since February 2017. In this role, Beth leads the strategic direction and operations of Tech Data's worldwide Human Resources function, including talent management and retention, organizational and performance management, training and development, succession planning, employee benefits, and compensation. Beth joined the company in September 2015 as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.

Prior to joining Tech Data, Beth served as Senior Vice President,

Human Resources at Baker & Taylor, Inc. since March 2010. Previously,

she was an executive search consultant and spent 12 years with Cardinal Health in various HR leadership positions.

Beth holds a bachelor's degree from Miami University in Ohio and a

Master of Hospital and Health Services Administration from The Ohio

State University
