Jorge Blanco is an experienced Business Development Manager currently leading the CISCO Business Development Team for Central America, The Caribbean, and Venezuela at TD SYNNEX since December 2021. Following the merger of SYNNEX and TECH DATA, Jorge has leveraged previous experience as a regional BDM to build and manage a new team focusing on specific technical, sales, and market expertise. Prior to this role, Jorge served at Comstor, developing strategies for Cisco's Security and Cloud Networking solutions, and held various positions at Cisco from IoT Systems Engineer to Program Manager, enhancing technical knowledge, managing proposals, and supporting engineering teams across Latin America. Jorge holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Tecnológico de Costa Rica and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica. Additional qualifications include CCNP, CCDP, and CCNA certifications in Networking.
