Roxana Ion

Roxana Ion is an experienced business leader with a robust background in sales and operations management. Since September 2024, Roxana has served as the Country Manager at TD SYNNEX. Prior to this, Roxana held the position of Sales Director at Profluo from June 2023 to September 2024 and was the Country Manager at Mellon Romania from October 2018 to May 2023. Roxana’s career also includes a significant tenure at Asseco South Eastern Europe as Sales Director, where responsibilities encompassed sales and presales management, operations, and business planning. Roxana began their professional journey at IBM, where various roles included BU Leader for Enterprise Software and Sales Lead for the Banking Sector, focusing on business development and project management across South Eastern Europe. Roxana holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and a degree from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
