Léo Kaufmann

Léo Kaufmann was born in a small town in Rio Grande do Sul and has a diverse professional background, including three years as an army soldier and over eight years in the contact center industry, where they excelled in managing sales teams and training, earning an award at Itaú. Since 2018, Léo has focused on digital events, notably as the Head of the RH Summit, the largest HR community in Latin America. Currently, Léo hosts a podcast, writes columns for industry platforms, and continues to advocate for diversity and engagement in the corporate world, proudly representing their identity along the way.
