Andrew Smith is an accomplished professional in the talent consultancy sector, having founded TDA Creative in 2006, where Andrew serves as the Head of Client Partnerships and Design Leadership Community Builder. TDA Creative is renowned for facilitating agile digital transformations by providing top-tier talent across Design, Tech, Product, and Data. In addition, Andrew established TDA Search in June 2022, taking on the role of Founder and CEO, focusing on executive search and advisory services. Prior to these ventures, Andrew was the Head of New Media Recruitment at Guardian Recruitment from 1998 to 2004, where expertise was gained in recruiting for digital agencies during pivotal industry developments. Andrew's education includes attending Forest School from 1986 to 1993.
