Gary Charles

Gary Charles is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Director at TDA since June 2020, focusing on enabling business evolution through staffing solutions. Previously, Gary held the position of Principal Consultant and Team Leader at Burns Sheehan from July 2018 to June 2020, and took on temporary roles as a Technology Recruiter via Burns Sheehan for Bionic and The Client Relationship Consultancy Group in early 2020 and mid-2019, respectively. Gary's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director at TDA Recruitment Group from August 2007 to July 2018, where responsibilities included leading a team of six technical recruitment consultants. Gary holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Business from the University of the West of England, completed between 2001 and 2004, and attended Epsom College from 1996 to 2001.
