Casper Andersen has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Casper started their career as a Business Analyst at TDC Erhverv in January 2013 and worked there until October 2014. Casper then took on the role of Business Analyst and Team Lead from October 2014 to July 2015. From August 2015 to April 2017, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst and Team Lead. Casper was later promoted to the position of Head of Campaign & Analytics, where they worked from May 2017 to April 2020. In May 2020, they became the Chapter Lead and Head of Data Analysis in the G2M Business Tribe at TDC Erhverv. Subsequently, in May 2021, they took on the role of Senior Data Analyst and Team Lead at the same company.
In November 2019, Casper Andersen joined Nuuday as a Product Owner in the Data & AI Organisation Tribe, where they were responsible for a team of 7 focusing on Datamart, Master data, and Data Quality. During the same period, they also led a team at TDC Business in charge of Business Analysis and Campaign Management. Casper worked at Nuuday until April 2020.
Prior to their time at TDC Erhverv and Nuuday, Casper Andersen worked at Jyske Bank as an Analyst from October 2010 to December 2012. Before that, they served as a Commodity Analyst from October 2006 to September 2010.

Casper Andersen completed their MSc in Finance and Business Administration from Aarhus University between 2001 and 2007. In 2005, they attended Maastricht University for a brief period to study Business Strategy. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Kolding Gymnasium between 1997 and 2000.
