Kent Prebensen

Kent Prebensen is a Senior Systems Engineer and Microsoft Community Lead at TDC Erhverv, where they provide support and consulting for major Danish and international clients. Currently focusing on Unified Communications, security, and Contact Center platforms, Kent specializes in Microsoft Teams, Ribbon SBC, Microsoft Contact Center, Azure infrastructure, Intune, and M365. They previously gained experience as a Senior Systems Engineer at NetDesign and as a Support Engineer at TDC. Kent also completed a higher national diploma in electronic engineering from Aarhus Tech and served voluntarily in the Danish Army's Royal engineering troops.
