Baskar Subramaniam

Baskar Subramaniam is a dedicated senior learning and development expert currently at TDCX, where they conduct orientation sessions and develop training programs. Previously, they served as an assistant manager at Transcosmos Malaysia and have extensive experience in quality assurance and training from roles at Accenture and as a corporate trainer at PayPal. Baskar began their career as a writer cum columnist for Galaxie Magazine, where they covered events and produced content for advertising. They hold a degree in Mass Communication (Journalism) from Universiti UCSI, where they graduated with a 3.7 GPA.
