Crystal Lapuz, DPM, is a Director and COPC® Certified Customer Experience Performance Leader with an extensive background in management and operations within the hospitality and BPO industries. They began their career as a Sales Associate II at Convergys Intelligent Contact from 2013 to 2016, before progressing to various managerial roles at TaskUs from 2018 to 2021 and currently serving as a Senior Manager of Operations and Country Project Management at TDCX in 2023. Crystal is pursuing dual postgraduate degrees in Project Management at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde and previously earned an MBA from Birmingham City University.
