David Yap has extensive experience in business development and workforce management across various industries. Currently serving in a Global Business Development role at TDCX since April 2023, David previously held positions at Amber Group focusing on Performance Management and Vendor Operations, and spent over six years at Airbnb in multiple roles within Workforce Planning and Management across the APAC region. David's career also includes significant experience at Nestlé Nespresso in managing Workforce Management for the Asian Hub, as well as earlier roles at E.ON UK, IBM, and Verizon. David is an alumnus of the University of Santo Tomas and AMA University.
