Ganesh Kumar

Ganesh Kumar is the Head of Talent Acquisition at TDCX, where they focus on enhancing recruitment strategies in India. Previously, Ganesh served as the Deputy General Manager of HR at Accenture and held various HR roles, including Director of HR at Teleperformance India and Assistant Manager HR at GATI-KINTETSU EXPRESS. Ganesh began their career as an HR Executive at Starpowerz Human Resources and later managed HR at Sparsh Communications. They hold a Master of Human Resource Management from Andhra University, obtained in 2005.
