Mindy served as a Case Officer at Austral Migration Consultancy from 2020 to 2022, where they addressed client inquiries and communicated with relevant authorities regarding visa applications. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Customer Service Executive at Aegis BPO Malaysia Sdn Bhd and as an Operation Executive at Seotai International Travel, gaining valuable insights into customer needs and travel preferences.
