Phi Danh

Phi Danh, also known as Fei Fei, is an experienced operation team lead at TDCX, overseeing a 16-member Trust & Safety operations team with a strong emphasis on performance excellence and process optimization. Previously, Phi worked as a Senior Education Consultant at YOLA, where they trained new consultants and managed student enrollments. They also held roles at TDCX as a Senior Content Moderator, ensuring compliance with platform policies and enhancing user experiences. Phi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Ho Chi Minh University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology.
