Rasya Arasy is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Learning and Development Expert - Team Lead at TDCX since May 2019, managing multiple Google Sales Campaigns and overseeing a team of trainers. Prior to this role, Rasya led training for sales teams within Google Customer Solutions and excelled as a Senior Digital Marketing Consultant, achieving outstanding performance in Google Ads campaign optimization. Rasya's career began with internships in content writing and digital marketing, supplemented by a Bachelor of Communication and Global Studies from Monash University.
