Remo Bajwa

Remo Bajwa is an experienced professional in mining and product management, with a Bachelor's Degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from The University of British Columbia. Remo began a career as a Mining Heavy Equipment Operator and Mine Surveyor at Syncrude Canada Ltd. before progressing to junior engineering roles at Teck Resources Limited and Suncor Energy, where skills in design analysis and optimization were developed. As Lead Estimator at Carlson Construction Group Inc. and Lead Mechanical Estimator at Alstar Oilfield Contractors Ltd., Remo demonstrated strong analytical capabilities and project coordination. Transitioning to product management, Remo worked with Zealth Ventures (Qrew) and NRB Technologies Ltd., leading the development of user-centric applications and agile product updates. Currently, Remo holds the position of Package Estimator at Thermo Design Engineering Ltd. while also serving as Product Manager and Data Analyst at PayShepherd, effectively liaising between stakeholders to ensure successful product deployments.
