Michael O'Brien is an experienced civil engineer with a specialized focus on hydraulic systems, water analysis, computer modeling, storm water analysis, construction management, and construction inspection. O'Brien has been with TD&H Engineering since November 2000, managing the Shelby Office since March 2012 and collaborating with staff in Great Falls on various water-related projects. Additionally, O'Brien serves as the President of CWC Farms Inc. since January 1984, overseeing management, planning, marketing, sales, and daily operations. Since May 2011, O'Brien has also been a co-owner of RoBarr LLC., a Montana-based manufacturer of certified organic roasted barley, which serves as a caffeine-free alternative to coffee. O'Brien holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Montana State University-Bozeman, obtained between 1974 and 1981.
