Ryan Buffington

Ryan Buffington is a seasoned civil engineer with over two decades of diverse experience in engineering roles. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer IV at TD&H Engineering since October 2018, Ryan previously held significant positions at Woith Engineering Inc. as Lead Engineer and Project Engineer, and at Stelling Engineers, Inc. as a Design Engineer. Ryan's early career includes roles at PACLAND, WRG Design, Curran McLeod, Inc., and Atwood, Hinzman, Jones, Inc., where expertise encompassed construction drawing design, project management for large-scale developments, municipal utility systems, and structural design. A graduate of Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Ryan's extensive background includes client relations, contract management, field inspections, and comprehensive project reporting.
