I help busy business owners get important projects off their plate and across the finish line.

As the founder of TDL Solutions, I work as a fractional project manager for small businesses that don’t need a full-time hire but do need someone to own the plan and the execution. With 15+ years of experience supporting executives and teams at The Hershey Company, I bring a strong background in project management, operations, marketing, and sales support.

Clients come to me when they’re juggling too many priorities: operations that need cleaned up, marketing that needs to actually get out the door, or internal projects that have sat on the to-do list for months. I turn those ideas into clear projects with scope, timelines, and owners, then manage the day-to-day coordination so work moves forward without them pushing every detail.

Typical projects include:

Executive admin projects: event planning, office organization, client onboarding, meeting and calendar systems

Marketing projects: social media campaigns, marketing plans, website updates, content and email campaigns

Operations projects: systems integrations, process streamlining, workflow creation, and project management setup
