Cesar Sandoval, MBA, has a diverse background in environmental health and safety, talent management, and training program development. With a degree in Environmental Engineering from Universidad Estatal de Sonora and an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from Universidad Tecmilenio, Cesar has held various roles at TE Connectivity since December 2022, including EH&S Manager, Environmental Health Safety Specialist, HR Solutions Partner, Talent Management Supervisor, and Talent Management Consultant.
