Erika Cherry, MEM, is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Engineering Excellence at TE Connectivity since July 2014, Erika has held multiple leadership roles, including PMO Global Process Manager and Global Product Manager. Previous experience includes positions as Lead Project Manager at STEMBoard, Founder & CEO of LaunchPad Tutorial, and Project Applications Engineer at Sumitomo Drive Technologies. Erika also has a strong background in engineering from NASA Langley Research Center and John Deere, where notable achievements included improving production efficiency and reducing cycle times. Erika holds an Advanced Project Management Certificate from Stanford University and a Master of Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
