Harry O'Neill is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax law and executive compensation. Currently serving as Sr. Tax Director at TE Connectivity since February 2018, Harry previously held the position of Senior Tax Counsel at Tyco from May 2004 to January 2018, where responsibilities included managing transfer pricing and employee benefits tax matters. Prior to that, Harry worked as Assistant General Counsel at Honeywell, focusing on legal and tax advice for executive compensation and employee benefit plans from January 2000 to April 2004. Harry began his career at Exxon Mobil as Senior Benefits Tax Counsel, providing tax guidance for benefit plans and executive compensation from September 1990 to January 2000. Harry earned a BA in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
