Currently serving as the Senior Director Finance and Global Head of Finance Shared Services at TE Connectivity, Jakub has been instrumental in building shared service centers and managing transition processes for over 35 countries. Previous roles include significant positions at Alcon Laboratories, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and Capgemini, where Jakub focused on process standardization, efficiency projects, and strategic transition management. With a Master's degree in Finance & Banking from the University of Economics in Krakow, Jakub has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to enhance financial operations on a global scale.
