Joanna Tomann

Joanna Tomann is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in operations controlling and financial analysis. Currently serving as Senior Manager Operations Controlling AUT EMEA at TE Connectivity since May 2017, Joanna oversees plant performance financials, conducts material cost analysis, and manages forecasting and budgeting processes. Prior roles include SME Product Costing Inventory Validation at 3M and Senior Financial Analyst/Plant Controller, where Joanna was responsible for manufacturing P&L and product costing in the Automotive Division. Early career experience at Kerry Ingredients involved providing analytical support and ensuring the accuracy of costing systems. Joanna holds two Master’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Economics Wroclaw and Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
