Lainie Richards has extensive experience in sales, marketing support, and customer service, currently serving as Manager of Sales & Marketing Support at TE Connectivity since October 2017. Prior roles at TE Connectivity include Sales Operations Supervisor, Tendering Engineer, and Customer Service Specialist. Prior to this, Lainie worked at Donaldson Filtration Solutions Australia in a customer service contract role from February to September 2017 and spent over 11 years at Teekay Corporation as an Executive Assistant, handling various responsibilities including diary management, event coordination, travel arrangements, and expense management. Lainie graduated from Kingsgrove High School in 1994.
