Luis Monroy

Luis Monroy holds a Master's degree in Project Management and is a certified PMP. Currently serving as a Global Program Manager at TE Connectivity since March 2017, Luis leads the project portfolio for the Metals Business Unit, overseeing the execution of programs from opportunity funnel to production. Previously, Luis held various roles at TE Connectivity, including Global PMO Metals Manager and Principal Project Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Littelfuse, Prysmian Group, Lear Corporation, and FANOSA, where Luis demonstrated expertise in engineering, quality management, and operations, achieving significant improvements in process efficiency, quality, and cost reduction throughout diverse projects and teams.
