Lukas Hlava

Lukas Hlava is the Director of Operations at TE Connectivity, a position held since 2020, overseeing two production sites in Bavaria, Germany, with an annual sales volume of 900 million EUR. From 2009 to 2012, they held various senior management roles at Kiekert, including Finance Manager Operations & Business Planning and General Manager, where they managed multiple subsidiaries and contributed significantly to sales in Europe.
