Madhu Prasanth has extensive experience in IT system management and implementation. Currently serving as Manager - IT Systems at TE Connectivity since June 2013, Madhu leads the global implementation of the ServiceNow ITSM solution, focusing on tool assessment, project scoping, and integrating ITIL processes. Prior roles include Integration's Lead at Unisys Global Services - India, where responsibilities encompassed integrating the BMC Remedy ITSM tool with various client ticketing systems, and Systems Engineer at Wipro Technologies, providing consulting and support for BMC Remedy projects. Additionally, Madhu worked as an IT Operations Executive at Cognizant Technology Solutions, setting up the Global Service Desk and implementing BMC Remedy ITSM. Madhu holds an M.Sc in Computer Science from Loyola College, Chennai, and a B.C.A in Computer Applications from Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal College.
