Michael Lepley

Michael Lepley is the Director of Operational Excellence at TE Connectivity, where they lead transformative operations across a $16 billion global manufacturer. With over 30 years of experience in driving strategic advancements and customer operations, Michael has successfully overseen initiatives that enhance the customer journey for 300,000 small and medium businesses. As the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at the Central PA Blood Bank since 2016, they provide fiduciary oversight for the organization. Michael's past roles include significant positions at Comcast Corporation, where they developed customer care strategies and managed extensive teams. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from Penn State University.
