Rayanna Smith

Rayanna Smith currently holds the position of Corporate Counsel at TE Connectivity since April 2023. Prior to this role, Rayanna worked as an Associate at Foley Hoag LLP from September 2021 to April 2023 and at Torys LLP from February 2020 to August 2021. Rayanna also gained experience as an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP between October 2016 and January 2020, where Rayanna began as a Summer Associate in May 2015. Earlier experience includes a Corporate Affairs Transactional Intern role at the New York City Housing Authority in 2014 and a Finance Associate position at NYC Outward Bound Schools from 2010 to 2013. Rayanna’s foundational experience in finance includes roles as a Finance Assistant at the New Museum of Contemporary Art and as a Customer Service Officer at CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank. Rayanna holds a Doctor of Law degree from Harvard Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hunter College, and an Associate's degree in Social Sciences from T.A. Marryshow Community College.
