Reuben Shaffer

Reuben Shaffer, CPA, has extensive experience in finance and corporate governance, currently serving as SVP & Corporate Controller at TE Connectivity since July 2008. In this role, Reuben leads the Global Process Owners for key financial operating cycles, optimizing processes in statutory reporting, tax compliance, and intercompany accounting. Reuben has a strong background in finance transformation initiatives, having successfully defined and documented global processes for Finance, while also cultivating talent through active involvement in finance development programs. Prior to TE Connectivity, Reuben held the position of Internal Audit Manager at Protiviti, where duties included conducting risk assessments and managing multiple audit engagements. Reuben holds a degree from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
