Sérgio Baptista

Sérgio Baptista is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in the fields of application engineering, project management, and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Field Application Engineer at TE Connectivity since March 2014, Sérgio conducts reviews of auto-makers' specifications, provides technical guidance on relay selection, and oversees approval test evaluations. Previous roles include Project Manager EMEA and various engineering positions, which involved identifying business opportunities, leading project teams, and managing laboratory testing processes. Sérgio has also redesigned a locomotive driving simulator at Museu Nacional Ferroviário and contributed to automation engineering at Sodecia. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Electrotechnical and Computer Engineering and a post-graduate degree in Transport Planning and Operation.
