Somashekar V has extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors, currently serving as a Supervisor MFG & Process Development Engineer at TE Connectivity since August 2010, focusing on the development of automobile plastic connector components. Previously, Somashekar held the position of Senior Tool Design Engineer, where responsibilities included mold flow analysis, mold design, and product development for clients both locally and internationally. Prior experience includes working as a Tool Engineer at Indo-US MIM Tech Pvt. Ltd. from August 2004 to March 2008, where Somashekar was instrumental in the manufacturing of new injection molds and overseeing tool development processes. Somashekar holds an MBA in Operations Management from Prin. L.N. Wellingkar Institute of Management Development and a degree in Tool and Die Technology from GT&TC Bangalore.
