Steven Eldam

Steven Eldam currently serves as Vice President of Operations Strategy at TE Connectivity, where Steven oversees the operational strategy for a $16B global enterprise since January 2024. Previously, Steven held the position of External Advisor at Bain & Company, contributing to thought leadership in manufacturing for the steel and metals recycling sectors. Steven's extensive experience at EVRAZ North America includes roles such as SVP of Recycling & Supply Chain, where Steven managed a metal recycling business and led the supply chain for significant material purchasing and steel movement. Earlier in Steven's career, positions at Booz & Company and General Motors provided a strong foundation in manufacturing strategy and engineering. Steven holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
