Yu Li is an experienced compliance attorney with over 20 years of expertise in trade compliance, export controls, and economic sanctions across the U.S. and APAC regions. Currently serving as Regional Counsel for Global Trade Services at TE Connectivity, they are responsible for customs, export control, and sanction compliance. Previously, Yu held positions at Alibaba Group, Alston & Bird, and several law firms, where they represented companies before various U.S. government agencies and specialized in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations. Yu holds a Juris Doctor and a Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a Master's in International Relations from Peking University.
