We know that together, we are better.

We believe in continual development for our team members.

When you join us, you will have access to ongoing training and education, such as, support to gain your Level 4 Qualification in Health and Wellbeing, receiving hands on support through this process and at no cost to you.

Our focus on the four dimensions of wellbeing is not limited to our work with whaiora; we bring this approach to our mahi too. Your health and wellbeing will be supported with access to EAP, internal supervision and in some situations, paid external supervision.

We ensure healthy rostering, clear communication with kaimahi and your days will be filled with various activities including team sports, enjoying time out in the rā.

Ehara taku toa, he takitahi, he toa takitini.

My success should not be bestowed onto me alone, as it was not individual success but success of a collective.
