Paul Bell is the Senior Director of Communications and Campaigns at Transport & Environment (T&E), where they develop and implement strategic communications to enhance organizational reputation. With extensive experience in external affairs, they have previously managed communications in various non-profit organizations, including Transparency International and the International Planned Parenthood Federation.
