Ian Stephens is a seasoned professional in the creative communications industry with over two decades of experience. As Group Account Director and co-owner of TEA: The Entertainment Agency since July 2001, Ian has played a key role in establishing an award-winning agency specializing in the Entertainment Industry, focusing on ideation, creative production, and campaign management across multiple channels for a global client network. Prior to this, Ian held the position of Account Director at Curio from June 2000 to June 2002, overseeing all film clients, and served as Account Manager at Feref from September 1994 to June 2000, managing creative marketing for United International Pictures.
