Origin and growth of Tea Bar: Where taste and passion come together.

The origins of Tea Bar are deeply rooted in the authentic tea experience created by setting up a popular tea shop in Amsterdam.

The unique knowledge gained in understanding the Dutch tea drinker, their preferences and expectations, became the heart and soul of the brand.

The passion for delivering quality tea to people who want to enjoy it outside the comfortable walls of home became the driving force behind www.horeca-teabar.nl.

We understand that people don't just order a tea; they crave an experience that stimulates their senses and exceeds their expectations.

Since its humble beginnings in 2008, Tea Bar Horeca has been on an inspiring journey, growing from a local supplier for a few Amsterdam catering establishments to an indispensable partner for hundreds of exceptional catering establishments in both the Netherlands and Belgium.

Responsible and social business : our impact

At Tea Bar, we realise that our success has a broader meaning than just doing business. We believe in creating positive change in the world around us. This is reflected in our partnerships with organisations such as Amerpoort, a sheltered employment location in Amersfoort, and Betere Buren, a human development company in Brunssum. These partnerships enable us to make social impact and contribute to the well-being of the communities in which we operate.

Sustainability and corporate responsibility are not trends for us, but unwavering pillars that underpin everything we do. We strive not only to tantalise our customers' taste buds, but also to protect our planet. We achieve this through careful choices in sources, packaging and processes that complete our quest for perfection.
