Traci Wayner has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Traci currently holds the position of Sr. Director of Operations at Tea Drops. Traci also successfully managed the transition planning and relaunch of the brand after its acquisition by Havenly, Inc. Traci has a strong background in supply chain management, having served as a Sr Manager Global Supply Chain & Business Intelligence at Lazarus Naturals and as a Supply Chain Manager at Million Dollar Baby Co. Earlier in their career, they gained experience in materials management and operations leadership development at Crane Aerospace & Electronics and Capstone Turbine Corporation, respectively. Traci also had a role as a Purchasing Supervisor at Rain for Rent. Overall, Traci has demonstrated the ability to drive operational improvements, optimize processes, and lead multifunctional teams in various organizations.
Traci Wayner completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics at UCLA from 2004 to 2008. In addition, they obtained the certification of Certified Professional in Supply Management from the Institute for Supply Management in September 2013.
