Anna Swain

Anna Swain is currently the Head of Fundraising Relationships at Teach First, where Anna manages high-value fundraising partnerships across corporate and major donors. Prior to this, Anna held various roles at Inspire! Education Business Partnership and ReachOut UK, focusing on programme management and corporate partnerships. Anna's background also includes experience in HR roles at The Royal Household, where Anna project managed recruitment processes. Anna began their career as a Teaching Assistant at Heanor Gate Science College after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Durham University. In terms of education, Anna has also earned an Advanced Certificate in Human Resources Management and a L5 Diploma in Leadership and Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
